I was referred by a friend to Gordon at pme audio because my band needed some literally last second cd printing. We are on a tight budget, but needed some cd's to sell at our next event, so we thought if we burned them and just sent them to get printed it would save a few bucks. Gordon was cool with that, you can tell he understands what its like to be a musician. Well that backfired, when I got there we had got the wrong cd's and couldnt get print on them and didn't have four hours to try to go buy new cd's and burn the media on them first. I was about to have a heart attack as he told me they were the wrong cd's. i literally saw this huge oppourtunity of playing in front of a big crowd that we are leaving for the next day, crash and burn in front of my eyes as we would have nothing to promote us.
Well, Gordon understood, he told me he had cd's and would burn them and still do it for the price that he told us orginially. That to me is a brother helping a brother out. Its very rare to find that in today's business world. Sure enough a couple hours later the cd's were ready and they looked way better than i could've imagined. I came in just wanting our name and maybe a website on the cd. Thats really the barebones version because we couldn't afford much more. Well Gordon worked his magic and added some graphics and artistic print to make it look amazing.
Gordon, you made my day and weekend. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help someone in need. I will definitely be returning to you.

We had our family videos, 40 in all, that needed to be converted to DVD in time for Christmas gifts for our children. Gordon did several things that would not be expected from a business in order to meet our unique situation. I attempted to make copies of the discs myself in order to save a few dollars and Gordon talked me through the process over the phone. When I was unsuccessful due to my own inexperience, I ended up dropping them off and he quickly made 2 more sets of DVDs on a tight time schedule. The team at PME is outstanding. I am a volunteer at my children's school and we make videos of our kids' classes.
